Cancellation Policy.

At Locks and Loaded Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all of our guests, we have the following policies in place:

  • Card on File: A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments made online. After one late cancellation, a card will also be required on file to continue booking future appointments.

  • Late Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled within this window may result in a charge.

  • No-Shows: After one no-show appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future services.

  • Frequent Cancellations: If a pattern of late cancellations occurs, we may request a deposit to secure any future bookings.

  • Multiple No-Shows: Clients who repeatedly no-show may be restricted from booking with us in the future.

At Locks and Loaded Salon, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Our goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for. Please review our policy below:

  • Satisfaction Window: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll do our best to get you back in as soon as possible to make any necessary adjustments.

  • Home Alterations: If the hair has been altered at home (including color changes, toning, cutting, or other treatments) or proper aftercare instructions were not followed, we are unable to offer a complimentary adjustment or refund.

  • Changed Your Mind: If you decide you want a different look from the original agreed-upon service, that will be considered a new service and will be charged at full price.

  • Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for any hair services.
